#Goals

Hi and apologies for being a little scattered with my blog postings.  My goal is to build a blog Wunderlist to continue writing, sharing and hopefully inspiring! By the way, if you haven’t heard of Wunderlist, do check them out.  I use them daily for life and career to-do’s.

A few weeks ago, I wrote Keep Moving. I was really hoping that I would have a review lined up to talk about my experience with the  Fall Back Into Fitness Free 5 Day Plan.  Unfortunately, I haven’t finished it!  Please, if anyone else has the same issue with completing fitness plans, I’d love to hear from you. And if you are a master at completing fitness goals, let me know how you stay motivated.

Today, I made fitness a priority and pushed PLAY to Barre3’s Lower Body Blast.  One word: WOWZERS!  My legs were trembling. I’m sure I’ll be feeling the effects in the next few days. For those of you who are not familiar with Barre3, they “mix the moves of yoga, pilates, cardio, and weight training to balance your body while giving you a deep muscle burn and endorphin high.”

I love that Barre3 allows viewers to sample their full-length workouts before signing up for classes in their studio or online (yes! they offer classes online for less than $1 a day).  Personally, I’d rather have the hands on guidance of an instructor to feel confident that I’m performing the exercises correctly. However, once you master the moves, you can’t beat $30 a month to work out in the comfort of your own home.

Wish me luck! My goals: workout a few times a week and share my everyday adventures once a week.
